LA Realty Services provides full service property management services including vacancy leasing, property maintenance, construction management, and regular upkeep.  Our clients have the benefit of hands off ownership, knowing that their property will be maintained, its rents collected, expenses paid, and its tenants made happy.  Importantly, a keen eye is kept on the expense side of the equation.  Handymen are used whenever possible for basic upkeep, using more expensive trades only when necessary.  All items are fixed, and no deferred maintenance is tolerated.
