EXPERIENCE

John JH. Yeh is the Managing Partner of LA Realty Services and has over 22 years of various commercial real estate experience.  During his tenure as Vice President of Sales with First Property Realty Corporation, he was part of a team of professionals that sold or leased over $500 million of retail and office space, land and apartments.  Over the years, he has worked as an Acquisitions Analyst to purchase, refinance and asset manage over $700 million of office, retail and industrial properties with Pacific Financial Group.  In addition, he has worked for Union Bank of California as a distressed asset loan officer.  Another role has been a Project Manager for redevelopment projects with the City of Bell, City of Vernon, City of La Mirada and the City of Commerce.
